The Stella side chair, reminiscent of a French brasserie, of days gone past, of sitting around on a lazy Sunday morning in a cafe sipping an espresso and reading the paper. These durable, utilitarian chairs have been around since the early 1930's. They have been a staple in French restaurants and bars since that time due to their timeless styling and practicality. Crafted from steel, the Stella chair will hold up to public use in any restaurant or caf. The clear powder coat finish allows it to be used outdoors as well as indoors but care should be taken to protect it from wet weather for longevity. Of note, the "gunmetal" or steel finish is a natural steel finish and if used outdoors it may develop small surface rust spots in the grooves and joints. This does not affect the structural integrity of the chair. Slight surface markings are characteristic of this chair and help to make each chair unique. The legs have protective rubber feet that prevent damage to flooring. Stackable up to 8 high.The Stella Collection is available in a wide range of colors and styles including a side chair, arm chair, table and matching bar stools. Also available in many standard colored finishes.
